Sophie graduated from AUT University with a degree in design, majoring in graphic design. She is our team’s creative, working on our marketing and design, researching brands and cool new things, as well as taking on general admin duties for the office.
Sophie assists Directors Georgie and Mike in ongoing projects, currently Commercial Bay. She has a keen interest in fashion and the retail market.
Away from the office, Sophie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, photography and scoping out the best shopping stores.

Working with a small team that delivers such a diverse range of retail and hospitality projects and being able to play a role in the creative side of it all. It’s exciting to see the work you’ve created being showcased; it’s very rewarding and I can see myself continuing to grow here.
Stepping into an industry I had never seen myself in has been both exciting and challenging, I am constantly having to use my initiative and think outside the box to encompass the uniqueness of the match brand into all the work I do.
