Hayes Foundry - F Hayes & Co

Hayes Foundry was previously an old metal refinery on Teed Street, Newmarket. Match was engaged to convert the area into a high end retail precinct, with 14 new stores that would add another layer of boutique retail to the area.

The precinct still retains the foundry’s gritty heritage and boasts high end brands such as World, Zambesi and Dry and Tea.
